The “O’Bias Your Future” project aims in reducing gender bias in the job market through the development of tools, guidelines, and training programs that raise awareness towards pertaining gender biases and promote more equitable recruitment practices. This project aims in qualifying both job applicants and employers in identifying and tackling gender bias in job market practices. Key elements of the project are gender equality, equal opportunities, inclusion and equity.

Results / Responses → Resulting Competences:

Results of this project include a guide for identifying and addressing gender biases, an online tool for identifying and assessing gender bias awareness, and a toolkit which provides training practices for job applicants and employers.
