In his experience, Marc believes that only half of young people are clear about their career path. He tells us that the most chosen careers are those related to technology and the educational and social fields.

As for influences, he believes that many are driven by expectations about the lifestyle that a career path can give them.

He says he has observed very few gender biases, believing that today most young people have overcome many of the prejudices that previous generations had.
