On September 23, 2025, the University of Aveiro (UA) shared the results of the GUIDE project by organizing an Open Multiplier at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, inviting professors, researchers and participants od the Organizational Behavior program to learn more about the resources and tools available. The session gathered 35 participants, including students, teachers, researchers, and future professionals in the areas of recruitment and human resources management, in the remarkable city of Coimbra, Portugal.
The main objective of the event was to present the GUIDE project, notably showcasing the online course available on the official website, and demonstrate the digital tools developed within the scope of the project. The session featured Dr. Marlene Amorim, project coordinator and associate professor at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, and Tourism (DEGEIT) at the University of Aveiro, as a speaker and Professor Isabel Dimas, associate professor at University of Coimbra, and a specialist in field of human resources management.
The session began with an introductory presentation on the GUIDE project, highlighting its main objectives: to promote gender equality, deconstruct stereotypes, and develop digital and pedagogical tools that support critical reflection on these issues.
The event offered a unique opportunity to present the latest advances in the GUIDE project, highlighting the free online course available on the project website. The course was presented as a key resource for strengthening knowledge about gender inequalities and encouraging active participation in decision-making contexts.
This was followed by a moment of interaction and debate, in which participants shared perceptions, challenges, and experiences related to gender representation in organizational and leadership contexts. The audience showed great interest in the results and tools presented, and the event received positive feedback in its quality assessment, reinforcing the relevance and impact of the GUIDE project in the academic and professional context.
