Danmark er internationalt anerkendt for sin h\u00f8je besk\u00e6ftigelsesgrad blandt kvinder og for at have en lovgivning, der fremmer ligestilling mellem k\u00f8nnene. Der er dog stadig betydelige udfordringer, is\u00e6r med hensyn til l\u00f8n, ledelsesrepr\u00e6sentation og arbejdsdeling i hjemmet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lovgivning og politiske rammer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danmark har etableret en solid lovgivningsm\u00e6ssig ramme for ligestilling mellem k\u00f8nnene p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ligebehandlingsloven:<\/strong> Forbyder direkte og indirekte diskrimination p\u00e5 baggrund af k\u00f8n i ans\u00e6ttelsen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diskriminationsloven<\/strong>: Handler om beskyttelse mod diskrimination p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet, herunder p\u00e5 grund af k\u00f8n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lov om ligel\u00f8n<\/strong>: Sikrer, at m\u00e6nd og kvinder f\u00e5r lige l\u00f8n for lige arbejde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Derudover er Danmark bundet af internationale konventioner som <strong>FN&#8217;s Kvindekonvention <\/strong>og<strong> EU&#8217;s ligestillingsdirektiver<\/strong>, som underst\u00f8tter nationale initiativer. EU arbejder ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 et kommende direktiv om l\u00f8ngennemsigtighed for at fremme <a href=\"https:\/\/dm.dk\/raad-og-svar\/arbejdsmiljoe\/ligestilling-og-mangfoldighed\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DM<\/a> i ligel\u00f8n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uligel\u00f8n og k\u00f8nssegregering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 trods af lovgivningen er der stadig en betydelig l\u00f8nforskel mellem k\u00f8nnene. If\u00f8lge Danmarks Statistik var l\u00f8ngabet i 2022 p\u00e5 12,2 %, hvilket betyder, at kvinder i gennemsnit tjente 12,2 % mindre end m\u00e6nd <a href=\"https:\/\/kvinfo.dk\/ligeloen\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KVINFO<\/a>. N\u00e5r der justeres for faktorer som uddannelse, anciennitet og jobfunktion, er der stadig en uforklaret forskel p\u00e5 omkring 7 % <a href=\"https:\/\/fiu-ligestilling.dk\/vores-arbejde\/ligeloen\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fiu-ligestilling.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Arbejdsmarkedet er ogs\u00e5 pr\u00e6get af k\u00f8nssegregering, hvor kvinder ofte er ansat i lavtl\u00f8nnede job i den offentlige sektor, mens m\u00e6nd dominerer h\u00f8jtl\u00f8nnede job i den private sektor <a href=\"http:\/\/fiu-ligestilling.dk.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fiu-ligestilling.dk.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ledelse og karrieremuligheder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kvinder er underrepr\u00e6senterede i topledelsen og i bestyrelser. If\u00f8lge Mangfoldighedsbarometeret 2023 er kvinder fortsat overrepr\u00e6senteret i de lavere ledelseslag og underrepr\u00e6senteret i topledelsen og i bestyrelser <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danskerhverv.dk\/presse-og-nyheder\/nyheder\/2023\/marts\/diversitetsbarometer--en-status-pa-konsligestillingen-pa-det-danske-arbejdsmarked?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dansk Erhverv<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Danmarks Statistik arbejder aktivt med politikker og handlingsplaner for ligestilling, herunder at fremme en afbalanceret k\u00f8nsfordeling blandt medarbejdere og ledere p\u00e5 alle niveauer i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dst.dk\/da\/OmDS\/Job\/Arbejdsplads\/Politik-og-handlingsplan-for-koensligestilling?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Danmarks Statistik<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arbejdsdeling og for\u00e6ldreorlov<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En v\u00e6sentlig udfordring for ligestillingen er den ulige arbejdsdeling i hjemmet. I gennemsnit bruger kvinder 9 uger mere om \u00e5ret p\u00e5 huslige pligter som t\u00f8jvask, madlavning og reng\u00f8ring. Denne ulige arbejdsdeling p\u00e5virker kvinders muligheder for at deltage fuldt ud p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samlet vurdering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danmark har etableret en st\u00e6rk lovgivningsm\u00e6ssig ramme for ligestilling mellem k\u00f8nnene p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. Der er dog stadig betydelige udfordringer, is\u00e6r med hensyn til l\u00f8n, ledelsesrepr\u00e6sentation og arbejdsdeling i hjemmet. Det handler blandt andet om at f\u00e5 unge til at v\u00e6lge uddannelser og job, som traditionelt er k\u00f8nsopdelte. For eksempel er mindre end hver tiende ans\u00f8ger til elektrikeruddannelsen kvinde, mens kun cirka hver tiende sygeplejestuderende er mand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ug.dk\/evejledning\/anbefalinger-til-bedre-koensbalance-i-uddannelsesvalget-og-paa-arbejdsmarkedet?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UddannelsesGuiden<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mangfoldighedsbarometeret 2024 viser, at m\u00e6nd fortsat er st\u00e6rkt overrepr\u00e6senterede inden for STEM+-fag (videnskab, teknologi, ingeni\u00f8rvidenskab, matematik, erhvervs\u00f8konomi, \u00f8konomi og jura) og relaterede brancher, mens kvinder er overrepr\u00e6senterede inden for sundheds- og socialv\u00e6senet <a href=\"https:\/\/equalis.dk\/diversitetsbarometer\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EQUALIS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Regeringens initiativer fokuserer p\u00e5 at fremme mindre k\u00f8nsopdelte uddannelsesvalg, da k\u00f8nsopdelte uddannelsesvalg kan begr\u00e6nse unges muligheder og skabe ubalancer p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet <a Der g\u00f8res en indsats for at fremme k\u00f8nsf\u00f8lsomme vejledningsmetoder, men barrierer som k\u00f8nsstereotyper, manglende k\u00f8nsf\u00f8lsom uddannelse af vejledere, strukturelle arbejdsmarkedsbarrierer og mangel p\u00e5 rollemodeller h\u00e6mmer fremskridtene. Regeringens initiativer og partnerskaber fokuserer p\u00e5 at st\u00f8tte unge mennesker i at v\u00e6lge uddannelse og job p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af traditionelle k\u00f8nsgr\u00e6nser.<\/p>\n<p>Flere nationale planer og projekter, som f.eks. perspektiv- og handlingsplanen for ligestilling (2025) og handlingsplanen for m\u00e6nds og drenges ligestilling, arbejder specifikt p\u00e5 at fremme k\u00f8nsbalancen i uddannelsessystemet og p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. I uddannelsessektoren fremh\u00e6ves initiativer som karrierel\u00e6ring i gymnasiet og anbefalinger fra ekspertgrupper om k\u00f8n som konkrete eksempler p\u00e5 god praksis inden for k\u00f8nsf\u00f8lsom karrierevejledning.<\/p>\n<p>Samlet set viser Danmark et st\u00e6rkt engagement i at fremme ligestilling mellem k\u00f8nnene, men der er behov for en fortsat indsats for at overvinde de vedvarende udfordringer.<\/p>\n<p>GUIDE-projektets v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskasse adresserer flere af de udfordringer inden for k\u00f8nsbevidst karrierevejledning, der er skitseret p\u00e5 nationalt niveau, b\u00e5de inden for uddannelsessektoren og p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassen kan s\u00e5ledes bruges som et af flere midler til at fremme k\u00f8nsbevidst karrierevejledning.
