selv om der stadig er k\u00f8nsbestemte m\u00f8nstre i valg af fag og erhvervsm\u00e6ssig adskillelse \u2013 is\u00e6r inden for STEM, plejerelaterede omr\u00e5der og tekniske erhverv. Den eksterne evaluering af v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassen til k\u00f8nsbevidst karrierevejledning (GSCG) i Cypern bekr\u00e6ftede dens store relevans i denne sammenh\u00e6ng, hvor fagfolk gav den samlede struktur og brugervenlighed en h\u00f8j vurdering (gennemsnit 4,17\/5; design og struktur 4,33\/5). Disse resultater afspejler et system, der i stigende grad fokuserer p\u00e5 ligestilling inden for uddannelse og karriereudvikling, men som stadig k\u00e6mper med fastl\u00e5ste stereotyper b\u00e5de i skolen og p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassens praktiske v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og eksempler fra virkeligheden im\u00f8dekommer direkte dette behov ved at give fagfolk tilg\u00e6ngelige ressourcer til at identificere, diskutere og modvirke fordomme i karrierebeslutninger. Den eksterne evaluering af WP5 i Cypern viser, at fagfolk gav v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassen h\u00f8je karakterer for struktur og brugervenlighed.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00f8lge Ministeriet for Retf\u00e6rdighed og Offentlig Orden (2025) skete der et afg\u00f8rende politisk skifte med den nationale strategi for ligestilling mellem k\u00f8nnene for 2024-2026 \u2013 den f\u00f8rste omfattende strategi af sin art \u2013 som blev udarbejdet efter omfattende konsultationer.<\/p>\n<p>De institutionelle mekanismer er ogs\u00e5 blevet opgraderet. Den nationale mekanisme for kvinders rettigheder (NMWR) sikrer k\u00f8nsmainstreaming i brugen af EU&#8217;s samh\u00f8righedspolitiske fonde, mens en beslutning fra Ministerr\u00e5det fra 2023 p\u00e5lagde alle ministerier og viceministerier at udpege en k\u00f8nslig kontaktperson. Loven om kommiss\u00e6ren for ligestilling og relaterede sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l fra juli 2024 institutionaliserede denne ramme yderligere, idet kommiss\u00e6rens rolle blev opgraderet, og der blev indf\u00f8rt ligestillingskontaktpersoner i hele den offentlige forvaltning. Cypern vedtog ogs\u00e5 en national handlingsplan (2021-2025) til gennemf\u00f8relse af FN&#8217;s Sikkerhedsr\u00e5ds resolution 1325 om kvinder, fred og sikkerhed, hvilket understreger anerkendelsen af konflikters uforholdsm\u00e6ssigt store indvirkning p\u00e5 kvinder og deres afg\u00f8rende rolle i fredsopbygningen.<\/p>\n<p>Samlet set viser disse udviklinger et st\u00e6rkt institutionelt engagement i k\u00f8nsmainstreaming, men understreger ogs\u00e5 vigtigheden af konkrete, brugervenlige instrumenter som GSCG-v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassen. Skoler\u00e5dgivere og private r\u00e5dgivere understreger, at deres rolle er at st\u00f8tte eleverne i at identificere individuelle interesser og styrker, snarere end at foreskrive veje, der afspejler traditionelle k\u00f8nsroller. Nogle vejledere beskriver for eksempel, at de introducerer diagnostiske v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, egnethedstests og refleksions\u00f8velser, der hj\u00e6lper eleverne med at udforske et bredt spektrum af karrieremuligheder uden henvisning til k\u00f8n. GSCG-v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassen styrker disse praksisformer: Cypriotiske fagfolk roste dens strukturerede v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og eksempler fra virkeligheden som &#8220;klar til brug&#8221; i sessioner, hvilket g\u00f8r det lettere at inddrage k\u00f8nsbevidst refleksion uden at skulle designe skr\u00e6ddersyede materialer.<\/p>\n<p>En anden positiv udvikling er timingen af interventionerne. Vejledningen er ikke l\u00e6ngere begr\u00e6nset til de sidste \u00e5r af gymnasiet. I stedet begynder vejlederne nu tidligere, i de yngre klasser, s\u00e5 eleverne kan tr\u00e6ffe informerede fagvalg, der senere vil forme deres muligheder for videreg\u00e5ende uddannelse og erhvervsuddannelse. Denne tidligere inddragelse afspejler en erkendelse af, at stereotyper ofte krystalliserer sig l\u00e6nge f\u00f8r ungdoms\u00e5rene. Derudover beskrev vejledere i privat praksis, at de bevidst anvendte &#8220;myteaflivende&#8221; metoder \u2013 s\u00e5som at kontrastere det romantiserede billede af medicin eller jura med den kr\u00e6vende virkelighed i disse erhverv \u2013 for at f\u00e5 eleverne til at t\u00e6nke kritisk over deres motivation.
