The event welcomed <strong>15 participants<\/strong>, including career guidance professionals, trainers, and liaison office representatives, who explored innovative tools and strategies to challenge stereotypes in career decisions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Highlights included presentations of the <a href=\"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>GUIDE Project<\/strong>,<\/a> the <strong>Digital Tool for Identifying Stereotypes<\/strong>, and the <strong>Co-Creation Model<\/strong>. Participants engaged in interactive activities with the <strong>co-creation counselling model<\/strong>, which fosters deeper understanding and inclusive practices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising the practical value of the tools and the event\u2019s organization.
