This free, self-paced course is designed for career guidance professionals, educators, and counsellors aiming to enhance their practices by addressing gender biases and promoting inclusive career development.
About the Training
Developed under the Erasmus+ framework, this comprehensive program offers five interactive modules that delve into:
- Understanding gender sensitivity in career guidance
- Exploring gender equality in the European labour market
- Identifying and addressing gender stereotypes in career decisions
- Implementing co-creation models to foster gender awareness
- Applying effective strategies for inclusive career pathways
Each module combines theoretical insights with practical tools, including quizzes and interactive activities, to facilitate immediate application in professional settings. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate acknowledging their commitment to fostering gender-sensitive career guidance.
Multilingual Access Coming Soon
Recognizing the diverse linguistic needs of our audience, the training will soon be accessible in all partner languages, including Greek, Danish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Slovenian, and Spanish. This expansion ensures that professionals across Europe can benefit from the program in their native languages.
