{"id":14831,"date":"2025-01-20T12:36:29","date_gmt":"2025-01-20T12:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/2025\/01\/20\/co-creation-model-for-gender-unbiased-career-counselling-open-event-by-eurosuccess-consulting-in-cyprus\/"},"modified":"2025-01-20T12:36:29","modified_gmt":"2025-01-20T12:36:29","slug":"co-creation-model-for-gender-unbiased-career-counselling-open-event-by-eurosuccess-consulting-in-cyprus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/es\/2025\/01\/20\/co-creation-model-for-gender-unbiased-career-counselling-open-event-by-eurosuccess-consulting-in-cyprus\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cCo-creation model for gender unbiased career counselling\u201d Open event by Eurosuccess Consulting in Cyprus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Open event with the topic of \u2018Co-creation model for gender unbiased career counselling\u2019 organised by Eurosuccess Consulting, took place at Ayia Napa primary school on the 25<sup>th<\/sup> of November 2024.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Open Event which took place on 25\/11\/2024, organised by Eurosuccess Consulting, was <strong>attended by 32 participants<\/strong> that were mainly:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>School educators<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Teachers<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Professionals in career guidance and counselling <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The objectives of the Open Event were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure the direct dissemination of the <strong><em>Co-creation counselling model<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To raise awareness regarding the importance of the issue of gender stereotypes in career decisions for all genders<\/li>\n<li>To promote and disseminate the project\u2019s results to the direct and indirect target groups of this project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the event, the Erasmus+ \u2018Guide\u2019 project along with its objectives and up-to-date activities were introduced, while the co-creation model for career guidance was presented.
