Namen teh praks je, da ljudem vseh spolov omogo\u010dijo izbiro kariere, ki ni omejena s spolnimi stereotipi.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je, da kot karierna svetovalka ali svetovalec prepoznate in izzovete spolne stereotipe, ki vplivajo na karierne odlo\u010ditve. Spolno ob\u010dutljiva karierna orientacija se osredoto\u010da na prepoznavanje stereotipov, ustvarjanje vklju\u010dujo\u010dega okolja in spodbujanje raznolikosti pri izbiri poklica. Tako posameznicam in posameznikom omogo\u010da, da raziskujejo poklicne poti na podlagi svojih mo\u010dnih podro\u010dij in interesov, ne pa tradicionalnih spolnih pri\u010dakovanj.<\/p>\n<p>Eden klju\u010dnih vidikov dobre prakse spolno ob\u010dutljive karierne orientacije je prepoznavanje in odpravljanje spolnih stereotipov, ki lahko vplivajo na izbiro kariere. Ti stereotipi pogosto omejujejo posameznice in posameznike pri izbiri poklicev, ki so tradicionalno ozna\u010deni kot \u00bbmo\u0161ki\u00ab ali \u00bb\u017eenski\u00ab. Za pomo\u010d pri tem smo pripravili <a href=\"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/sl\/prepoznajmo-stereotipe-pri-kariernih-odlocitvah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">digitalno orodje<\/a>, ki omogo\u010da prepoznavanje o\u010ditnih spolnih stereotipov in pristranskosti pri izbiri kariere. Orodje lahko uporabite pri svetovalnih pogovorih za razmislek o tem, kako ti stereotipi vplivajo na osebne karierne odlo\u010ditve.<\/p>\n<p>Pomemben del spolno ob\u010dutljive karierne orientacije je tudi aktivno spodbujanje k razmisleku o \u0161irokem naboru kariernih mo\u017enosti, ne glede na tradicionalne spolne vloge. S spodbujanjem raznolikih kariernih poti se raz\u0161irijo obzorja in prese\u017eejo omejitve, ki jih postavljajo spolni stereotipi. To lahko dose\u017eete z vajami, razpravami in refleksijskimi orodji, ki omogo\u010dajo raziskovanje poklicev, ki prej morda niso bili prepoznani kot mo\u017ena izbira.<\/p>\n<p>Za \u0161e bolj poglobljeno spodbujanje raznolikih kariernih odlo\u010ditev smo pripravili <a href=\"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/sl\/slogi-za-karierne-odlocitve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soustvarjalni model svetovanja<\/a>, ki ponuja strukturiran okvir za refleksijo. Te lahko uporabite za usmerjanje razmisleka o poklicnih poteh, ki izzivajo tradicionalne spolne norme.<\/p>\n<p>Dobre prakse spolno ob\u010dutljive karierne orientacije vklju\u010dujejo tudi zagotavljanje, da so karierne svetovalke in svetovalci usposobljeni za razumevanje in naslavljanje spolnih vidikov. Tak\u0161no usposabljanje omogo\u010da objektivno in nepristransko podporo pri kariernih odlo\u010ditvah.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce \u017eelite izbolj\u0161ati svoje ve\u0161\u010dine na podro\u010dju spolno ob\u010dutljive karierne orientacije, je GUIDE <a href=\"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/sl\/karierno-svetovanje-ki-uposteva-spol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spletni te\u010daj<\/a> odli\u010dna mo\u017enost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Povzetek:<\/strong> dobre prakse na podro\u010dju karierne orientacije, ki upo\u0161teva spol, zagotavljajo, da je karierno svetovanje pravi\u010dno, vklju\u010dujo\u010de in brez diskriminacije na podlagi spola.
