Danska je mednarodno priznana po visoki stopnji zaposlenosti med \u017eenskami in zakonodaji, ki spodbuja enakost spolov. Kljub temu pa ostajajo pomembni izzivi, zlasti na podro\u010dju pla\u010dil, zastopanosti v vodstvu in delitve dela v gospodinjstvu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zakonodaja in politi\u010dni okvir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danska je vzpostavila trden zakonodajni okvir za enakost spolov na trgu dela:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zakon o enaki obravnavi<\/strong> prepoveduje neposredno in posredno diskriminacijo na podlagi spola pri zaposlovanju.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zakon o diskriminaciji<\/strong> ureja za\u0161\u010dito pred diskriminacijo na trgu dela, tudi na podlagi spola.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zakon o enakem pla\u010dilu<\/strong> zagotavlja enako pla\u010dilo za enako delo za mo\u0161ke in \u017eenske.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poleg tega Dansko zavezujejo mednarodne konvencije, kot sta Konvencija OZN o \u017eenskah in direktive EU o enakosti spolov, ki podpirajo nacionalne pobude. EU pripravlja tudi novo direktivo o preglednosti pla\u010d, ki naj bi spodbujala enako pla\u010dilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neenako pla\u010dilo in spolna segregacija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kljub zakonodaji med spoloma \u0161e vedno obstaja izrazita pla\u010dna vrzel. Po podatkih danskega statisti\u010dnega urada je bila leta 2022 razlika v pla\u010dah 12,2 %, kar pomeni, da so \u017eenske v povpre\u010dju zaslu\u017eile 12,2 % manj kot mo\u0161ki (<a href=\"https:\/\/kvinfo.dk\/ligeloen\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KVINFO<\/a>). Tudi po upo\u0161tevanju dejavnikov, kot so izobrazba, delovna doba in delovna funkcija, ostaja nepojasnjena razlika okoli 7 % (<a href=\"https:\/\/fiu-ligestilling.dk\/vores-arbejde\/ligeloen\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fiu-ligestilling.dk<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Trg dela zaznamuje tudi spolna segregacija \u2013 \u017eenske so pogosto zaposlene na slab\u0161e pla\u010danih delovnih mestih v javnem sektorju, medtem ko mo\u0161ki prevladujejo v bolje pla\u010danih poklicih v zasebnem sektorju (<a href=\"https:\/\/fiu-ligestilling.dk\/vores-arbejde\/ligeloen\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fiu-ligestilling.dk<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vodstvene funkcije in karierne prilo\u017enosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u017denske so premalo zastopane v najvi\u0161jem vodstvu in v upravnih odborih. Po podatkih Barometra raznolikosti 2023 so \u017eenske \u0161e vedno prete\u017eno prisotne v ni\u017ejih vodstvenih strukturah, medtem ko so v najvi\u0161jem vodstvu in upravnih odborih premalo zastopane (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.danskerhverv.dk\/presse-og-nyheder\/nyheder\/2023\/marts\/diversitetsbarometer--en-status-pa-konsligestillingen-pa-det-danske-arbejdsmarked?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dansk Erhverv<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Danski statisti\u010dni urad aktivno razvija politike in akcijske na\u010drte za enakost spolov, vklju\u010dno s spodbujanjem uravnote\u017eene spolne zastopanosti med zaposlenimi in vodstvom na vseh ravneh (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dst.dk\/da\/OmDS\/Job\/Arbejdsplads\/Politik-og-handlingsplan-for-koensligestilling?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statistics Denmark<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delitev dela in star\u0161evski dopust<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pomemben izziv za enakost spolov predstavlja neenakomerna delitev dela v gospodinjstvu. \u017denske v povpre\u010dju na leto opravijo devet tednov ve\u010d gospodinjskih opravil, kot so pranje perila, kuhanje in \u010di\u0161\u010denje. Ta neenaka delitev dela vpliva na mo\u017enosti \u017eensk za polno udele\u017ebo na trgu dela.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Splo\u0161na ocena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danska je vzpostavila mo\u010dan zakonodajni okvir za enakost spolov na trgu dela. Kljub temu pa ostajajo pomembni izzivi, zlasti na podro\u010dju pla\u010dil, zastopanosti v vodstvu in delitve dela v gospodinjstvu. Partnerstvo med Danskim zdru\u017eenjem delodajalcev, Dansko konfederacijo sindikatov, lokalnimi oblastmi, danskimi regijami in Agencijo za trg dela in zaposlovanje aktivno i\u0161\u010de re\u0161itve za spodbujanje enakosti spolov pri izobra\u017eevalnih izbirah in na trgu dela. Med pobudami je tudi spodbujanje mladih, naj izberejo izobra\u017eevalne programe in poklice, ki so tradicionalno spolno segregirani. Na primer, manj kot eden od desetih kandidatov za izobra\u017eevanje za elektri\u010darja je \u017eenska, medtem ko je med \u0161tudenti zdravstvene nege pribli\u017eno eden od desetih mo\u0161ki (<a
