proti nasilju na podlagi spola, mre\u017ea enot za enakost), ki izvajajo horizontalne politike enakosti na podro\u010djih izobra\u017eevanja, zaposlovanja in znanosti. Organski zakon 3\/2007 o u\u010dinkoviti enakosti med \u017eenskami in mo\u0161kimi ter LOMLOE (2020) \u2013 ki vklju\u010duje na\u010dela souporabe, pravi\u010dnosti in vklju\u010devanja \u2013 priznava pomen zagotavljanja enakih mo\u017enosti v izobra\u017eevalnem sistemu. Poleg tega je vlada marca 2022 odobrila Tretji strate\u0161ki na\u010drt za u\u010dinkovito enakost med \u017eenskami in mo\u0161kimi 2022\u20132025 (PEIEMH), ki je glavna usmeritev za javne politike enakosti v tem obdobju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klju\u010dni podatki o trgu dela in spolu<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stopnja zaposlenosti (polni delovni \u010das, FTE, 2022): 43 % za \u017eenske v primerjavi z 57 % za mo\u0161ke.<\/li>\n<li>Splo\u0161na stopnja udele\u017ebe na trgu dela (2024): \u017eenske 52,6 % proti mo\u0161kim 62,4 %.<\/li>\n<li>Zaposlovanje \u017eensk je bolj za\u010dasno (\u2248 25,6 %) in s kraj\u0161im delovnim \u010dasom (22,3 %) kot pri mo\u0161kih (22,9 % in 6,8 %), poleg tega imajo \u017eenske ni\u017eje povpre\u010dne letne dohodke (\u2248 21.011 \u20ac proti 26.738 \u20ac).<\/li>\n<li>Brezposelnost mladih (februar 2025) bolj prizadene mlade \u017eenske: 27,6 % za \u017eenske in 23,8 % za mo\u0161ke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relevantne politike in strategije<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LOMLOE spodbuja horizontalne in vklju\u010dujo\u010de pristope ter krepi enakost in personalizacijo u\u010denja.<\/li>\n<li>PEIEMH 2022\u20132025 spodbuja ukrepe na podro\u010dju poklicnega razvoja, usklajevanja dela in zasebnega \u017eivljenja, deljene odgovornosti ter usposabljanja.<\/li>\n<li>Na podro\u010dju univerz in raziskav obstajajo posebna prizadevanja za spodbujanje enakosti: Enota za enakost Ministrstva za znanost in inovacije, znak enakosti CSIC ter vklju\u010devanje vidika spola v evalvacijo, akreditacijo, habilitacijo u\u010diteljic in u\u010diteljev ter usposabljanje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ae942d elementor-widget elementor-widget-n-accordion\" data-id=\"7ae942d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;default_state&quot;:&quot;all_collapsed&quot;,&quot;max_items_expended&quot;:&quot;one&quot;,&quot;n_accordion_animation_duration&quot;:{&quot;unit&quot;:&quot;ms&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:400,&quot;sizes&quot;:[]}}\" data-widget_type=\"nested-accordion.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-n-accordion\" aria-label=\"Accordion. Obstajajo te\u010daji o enakosti na delovnem mestu ter nekateri specifi\u010dni moduli v poklicnem izobra\u017eevanju in na univerzah, vendar so razpr\u0161eni in brez sistemati\u010dnega pristopa.<\/p>\n<p>Ta situacija razkriva ve\u010d izzivov. Najprej pomanjkanje obveznega usposabljanja o spolu za svetovalke in svetovalce omejuje njihovo sposobnost prepoznavanja in odpravljanja stereotipov pri poklicnem odlo\u010danju. Temu se pridru\u017euje vztrajna poklicna segregacija, ki \u017eenske ohranja v humanistiki, skrbstvu in zdravstvu, medtem ko mo\u0161ki prevladujejo v tehni\u010dnih, STEM in gradbenih sektorjih. Obstajajo tudi regionalne neenakosti, saj se izvajanje politik souporabe med avtonomnimi skupnostmi mo\u010dno razlikuje. Nazadnje sistem trpi zaradi \u0161ibkega spremljanja, saj ni jasnih kazalnikov ali mehanizmov za sistemati\u010dno merjenje stopnje vklju\u010devanja vidika spola v karierno
