The online session, themed <strong>\u201cInclusion of unemployed women into the labour market: The relevance of lifelong learning approaches\u201d<\/strong>, was co-hosted by <strong>EAEA, EfVET, and EARLALL<\/strong>, gathering experts and initiatives from across the EU.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation highlighted GUIDE\u2019s major outputs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital tools for stereotype identification and career decision\u2011making styles, designed to help career counsellors, trainees, and educators uncover and reduce unconscious bias.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The e-learning course <em>Gender\u2011Sensitive Career Guidance<\/em> and the comprehensive Career Guidance Toolkit, featuring ready\u2011to\u2011use materials, templates, and best\u2011practice case studies soon to be available.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It was also announced the launch of the pilot-testing phase for our e\u2011learning course, currently welcoming early users. This five-module online course offers:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Introduction to Gender Sensitivity in Career Guidance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gender Equality in the European Labour Market<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Detecting gender stereotypes in career decisions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-creation and gender awareness <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Effective implementation of Gender-sensitive career guidance and creating inclusive career pathways<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Colleagues from partner organisations across Europe joined the session, showcasing the collaborative and pan-European nature of GUIDE.<\/p>\n<p>It was also a pleasure to welcome a hosted intern from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edifyeduproject.eu\/project\/partners\/achade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACHADE<\/a>, \u00a0the Development Entity of the Chamber of Achaia, within the framework of EDIFY EDU Erasmus project, who participated to gain insight into gender-sensitive guidance practices.<\/p>\n<p>We warmly invite counsellors, teachers, and trainers across Europe to join the pilot phase: explore the e\u2011course, provide feedback for improvement, and receive a Certificate along with early access to all materials before the full launch.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in testing and shaping this professional development resource\u2014or simply learning more\u2014<strong>visit the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/sl\/karierno-svetovanje-ki-uposteva-spol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>GUIDE training platform<\/strong><\/a><strong> or contact <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/sl\/partnerji\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>partners<\/strong><\/a><strong> near you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stay connected with the GUIDE project for updates on language availability and additional resources.
