Best Practices

The aim of our project is to assist professionals with career guidance responsibilities (career counselors / teachers / advisors etc.) in exploring and identifying gender stereotypes and barriers which people may have and affect their decision, regarding their professional career.

To do so, the partnership did research, and analyze existing good practices*, approaches, and projects implemented in companies and educational institutions or similar professional areas.

We gathered the good practices that are being successfully implemented as follows:
